OPEN CALL FOR A CREATIVE COMPANY/ PHYSICAL PERSON FOR DESIGNING OF A VIDEO – PROJECT “ACTIVISM AND VOLUNTEERISM FOR EQUITY AND CAREER GUIDANCE OPPORTUNITIES”
Title: Creative agency/ physical person for designing a video

Background
The European Centre is implementing the project “Activism and volunteerism for equity and career guidance opportunities”, in collaboration with National Youth Agency and UNICEF Albania. It aims to promote civic activism and volunteerism among young people for equity and engage with them to promote career guidance opportunities for all youth, especially the most vulnerable ones in the communities where they live.
Objective
The main objective of this task is to to provide the service of designing and preparing a video with voice over & graphics, within the framework of the project “Activism and volunteerism for equity and career guidance opportunities”.
Duties and responsibilities
More concretely, the tasks required by the Creative Agency/ Physical Person are mentioned below:
-Drafting the text of the video in collaboration with Project manager,
-Designing of the video:
- To be in line with the materials and promotional design and according to the donor specification;
- To be in line with the promotional designs;
With voiceover in Albanian; - 2-2:30 minutes length;
- Correct placement of logos and disclaimer on the last slide.
Adaptable for social media and YouTube upload;
Necessary qualifications and requirements:
- Registered with the fiscal authorities and VAT number;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- A strong portfolio of similar job;
- Experience producing animated materials such as animated videos;
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities;
- Previous experience with European Centre;
- Very good communication skills;
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
