Background
The European Centre in collaboration with The High Inspector of Justice (HIJ) are implementing the initiative “Ameliorating the performance of High Inspector of Justice as a key institution for a professional judiciary in Albania”, funded by the Albanian Helsinki Committy. Through this project the European Centre aims to facilitate the drafting and adoption of an Integrity Plan for HIJ staff, which will guide them to build integrity and avoid internal and external corruption cases, respect the code of conduct, ethics training, etc.
